Exactly 75 years after its foundation, the Abarth brand is launching one of its most ambitious and exciting projects: The new Abarth 600e is the most powerful production vehicle in the company’s history. It was developed by the brand’s engineers together with the specialists from Stellantis Motorsport. It is based on the ultra-modern and sporty Perfo-eCMP platform, which is specially designed for high-performance vehicles with battery electric drive (BEV).
The dynamic character of the new Abarth 600e is reflected in the muscular lines of the bodywork, the large wheels, the aerodynamically efficient rear spoiler and the sporty interior design. In collaboration with the racing experts from Michelin (tyres), Sabelt (seats and belts), JTEKT (drive) and Alcon (brakes), Abarth has configured the optimum technology for the most powerful production vehicle in the brand’s history.
Two model versions are available for the launch. The Abarth 600e Turismo delivers 175 kW (equivalent to 240 hp). The top model is the Abarth 600e Scorpionissima, which offers 206 kW (280 hp) and is limited to 1,949 units. This number is a tribute to the founding date of the Abarth brand. The range is up to 322 kilometres (WLTP cycle). The new Abarth 600e is now available to order. The price list starts at 44,990 euros (manufacturer’s recommended retail price ex works) for the basic Abarth 600e Turismo model.
