The new Fiat 600 Elektro has passed the ADAC’s Ecotest with the highest overall rating of five stars. In this test, the automobile club determines the so-called well-to-wheel balance. The pollutant balance of the energy source used is determined. This allows vehicles that require electricity to be compared objectively with those that burn fossil fuels.
The lithium-ion battery of the new Fiat 600 Elektro has a capacity of 54 kWh. It gives the five-door model a combined range of up to 409 kilometers, and in exclusively urban operation it even reaches up to 604 kilometers (both measurements according to the WLTP cycle). These figures make the Fiat 600 electric the ideal vehicle for both daily use and weekend trips.
The electric motor of the Fiat 600 Elektro delivers 115 kW (equivalent to 156 hp). The high torque of 260 Newton meters is available practically from a standing start. This makes the Fiat 600 Elektro very dynamic when accelerating from a standstill. It completes the sprint from standstill to 100 km/h in 9.0 seconds. The top speed is 150 km/h. At appropriately equipped charging stations, the battery can be charged from 20 to 80 percent in less than half an hour using 100 kW fast charging. At AC charging stations, charging with 11 kW is possible with the standard onboard charger. Source
