By integrating physics-based models with machine learning, Prof. Li’s research advances intelligent, data-driven strategies for battery production, testing, and real-world applications. His talk will offer a unique perspective on how digitalization with AI is shaping the future of energy storage systems, with a strong emphasis on reliability, performance, and sustainability.
As leader of a pioneering research group at the Center for Ageing, Reliability, and Lifetime Prediction of Electrochemical and Power Electronic Systems (CARL), Prof. Li has:
