Bridgestone has been selected by Porsche to develop customised tyres for the new Macan Electric and Panamera models. Accordingly, both models are now available with specially tuned Bridgestone Potenza Sport ultra-high performance (UHP) tyres. The Bridgestone Potenza Sport tyres for the Porsche Macan Electric feature a special tread pattern and rubber compound that support the dynamic, sporty performance of the vehicle while being ideally suited to the weight and high torque of the electric sport utility vehicle (SUV). Bridgestone’s flagship UHP tyres have been precisely tailored to the individual requirements of the Macan Electric, enhancing handling on dry and wet surfaces and at high speeds. The tyres also offer maximised braking performance and comfort as well as optimised rolling resistance to support the vehicle’s range of around 600 km.
