Xavveo is a Berlin-based deep-tech company developing a new class of sensor systems, based on distributed photonic chip communication combined with physical AI, for autonomous vehicles, perimeter protection and robotic systems.
Xavveo starts with its first product: a Radar built from ultra-compact modules, as small as 1 cm², linked by optical fibre to operate as one coherent sensor with up to 360° coverage. The result is ten times the angular resolution of comparable systems in its class: a pedestrian stepping out from between two closely parked cars, or vehicles merging in dense traffic, are detected, classified and tracked as separate objects rather than one blurred return.
Founded in 2023, Xavveo designs its own photonic-electronic chips and is vertically integrated from integrated circuit to complete system. Applications include autonomous driving, robotics and situational awareness for autonomous mobility.
