About Dr. Annette Klett-Steinbauer
Dr. Annette Klett-Steinbauer studied business administration at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. After several years in management consulting, she founded thaltegos in 2011 together with colleagues, a management consultancy specializing in data & AI with a focus on the automotive and mobility industry. In 2023, the majority of the company was sold to Europe’s largest owner-managed marketing and communications agency.
With over 20 years of experience in the fields of data analytics and artificial intelligence, she developed the idea for Chargylize together with the thaltegos management team. The start-up focuses on data-driven solutions for electromobility and benefits from the founding team’s many years of expertise in innovative (e-)mobility services – especially for German premium car manufacturers.
In addition to her entrepreneurial career, she can look back on a successful career as a professional athlete: in 2003, she won the gold medal in snowboarding at the Universiade. Today, she brings not only her entrepreneurial vision, but also the ambition and team spirit from competitive sport to her projects. As a mother of two, she loves the mountains – whatever the season.
