About Roland Vogt
Professor Roland Vogt has been Professor of General Business Administration since September 2016, in particular Strategic Management at the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Munich. Since September 2019 Prof. Vogt also is Scientific Director of KCFM – Competence Center for Future Mobility at FOM UAS which has been transformed in 2024 to mile Institute of Mobility, Infrastructure, Logistics & Energy. Since September of 2014 he holds a PhD in Business with Management at the University of Plymouth (UK) on „Corporate Responsibility, Marketing and Reputation: A Stakeholder Approach for Sustainable Car Fleet Management“.
In addition to his work as a professor, Roland Vogt is partner for research and teaching at Avrios AG in Switzerland and holds a lectureship at Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences for CAS Car Fleet- and Mobility Management. In addition to that Prof. Vogt 2016 founded the Dr. Vogt zegemo Center of Business Mobility. Zegemo supports companies with business mobility -consulting, -coaching and -training.
In 1994, Prof. Dr. Vogt graduated with a double engineering degree in road vehicles and automotive expertise from Munich University of Applied Sciences. After several years of operative leadership positions at TÜV SÜD he joined in 2003 FleetCompany GmbH as CEO until 2013. In the period from 2013 to 2016 Prof. Vogt was responsible as Head of Strategic Organization and Head of Performance Management at TÜV SÜD Auto Service GmbH. In addition to that, he was managing director of TÜV SÜD Car Registration & Services GmbH during this time. His management experience of 22 years and his long-standing scientific experience Prof. Vogt shares with Bachelor- Master- and PhD- Students.
