W75 slide front system and furniture application
WOGG 75 is composed of a cube-shaped guide element as a sliding mechanism and aluminum profiles. The small injection-molded plastic part, which encloses a soft rubber tire, is clipped into the slats at any pre-milled point. The lightweight construction gets by with a material thickness of one millimeter. It can run around the body in a suspended or upright position. Its geometry allows individual dimensions and, for the fi rst time, concave and convex, tight and wide radii. In addition, the ingenious kit has eliminated a
widespread weakness in sliding doors: The fronts slide quietly and without jerking. The system is internationally patented.
WOGG 75 setzt sich aus einem würfelförmigen Führungselement als Gleitmechanismus und Aluminiumprofi len zusammen. Das kleine Spritzgussteil aus Kunststoff , das einen weichen Gummireifen umschließt, wird an einer beliebigen, vorgefrästen Stelle in die Lamellen eingeklipst. Die Leichtkonstruktion kommt mit einer Materialstärke von einem Millimeter aus. Sie kann hängend oder stehend um den Korpus laufen. Ihre Geometrie erlaubt individuelle Masse sowie erstmals konkave und konvexe, enge und weite Radien. Außerdem konnte mit dem raffinierten Bausatz eine weitverbreitete Schwachstelle bei Schiebetüren beseitigt werden: Die Fronten gleiten leise und ohne zu ruckeln. Das System ist international patentiert.
