Electrified Recycling and Disposal Industry

The Doppstadt Group recently presented the first INVENTHOR 6 with an electrified drive. In addition, the environmental technology specialist also offers the resource-saving alternative to the conventional diesel engine as standard for the METHOR and its screening machines. The versions powered by electricity are characterized by a particularly high level of economy. In addition, they are particularly durable and impress with their low operating and inspection costs. “The work of the recycling and waste disposal industry makes a significant contribution to environmental and climate protection by collecting and recycling valuable resources. The technologies used must do justice to this task,” explains Dominik Niehaus, product manager at Doppstadt Umwelttechnik GmbH (DUG). That is why the processing technology expert places particularly high demands on its solutions in terms of sustainability and resource protection. Drive technology is of particular relevance in these areas, as Niehaus emphasizes: “When developing new machines, the main focus is on the aspects of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.” With the integration of electrified drives in its machines, Doppstadt is now offering users an attractive alternative to classic diesel engine.
