A framework agreement between Deutsche Bahn and Ebusco relates to the delivery of battery-electric Ebusco buses over the period 2023 to 2024 with the option to extend the contract twice by one year. The buses are used by Deutsche Bahn for several transport companies throughout Germany. As part of this agreement, Ebusco has agreed an on-call contract for around 260 Ebusco buses, which will come into effect if and when Deutsche Bahn obtains the relevant concessions in the period 2023-2026. The maximum order volume in the framework agreement is up to 800 buses (various bus configurations) over the entire contract period.
