In culinary terms, the natural cuisine impresses with balanced menus that combine quality, seasonality, regionality and vitality.
The Pfösl is located on the sunny plateau of the Regglberg at an altitude of 1,375 metres – surrounded by the majestic mountain scenery of the Rosengarten-Latemar, which is part of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site, in the immediate vicinity of various skiing and hiking areas. Snow Juchee: The 48 kilometres of slopes of the Ski Center Latemar in Obereggen are just seven kilometres away and are served by the hotel’s own shuttle buses. There is also a smaller slope in Deutschnofen itself for first attempts. Fans of peaceful winter experiences can enjoy 60 kilometres of snow-covered paths and trails for cross-country skiing, winter hiking and snowshoeing.
