HOLON strengthens management team for market entry and international growth

Paderborn/Munich, January 27, 2026. HOLON, a company specializing in autonomous shuttle solutions, is expanding its management team to drive its upcoming market entry and international growth. Martin Lischka will take over responsibility for sales and marketing, while Jonas Seyfferth will be responsible for strategy.

With these new appointments, the company, which emerged from the BENTELER Group, is strengthening key areas. The focus is on the core markets of Europe, the USA, and the Gulf States, where HOLON intends to gradually launch its autonomous mobility solutions.

The expansion of the management team follows the acquisition of mobility software provider ioki by the BENTELER Group. Together with ioki and Benteler Mobility, HOLON is pursuing a partner-based 360-degree full-service model that integrates vehicles, software, fleet operation, service, and financing.

“Autonomous mobility will not come to market through technology alone,” says Dr. Sven Herzig, Chief Strategy Officer at HOLON. He believes that a clear customer focus and the ability to implement scalable integrated mobility solutions together with partners are crucial.

Martin Lischka brings with him many years of experience in launching innovative mobility solutions. He previously worked for international OEMs, including Audi, where he was responsible for product, brand, and go-to-market strategies. Most recently, he served as CEO of ARTHUR Holding, where he oversaw the development of a technology-driven mobility platform.

In his new role, he will be responsible for translating HOLON’s strategic objectives into concrete areas of action and organizational structures.
