Infineon Technologies AG launches a new family of battery management ICs, including TLE9012DQU and TLE9015DQU. The ICs enable an optimized solution for monitoring and balancing battery cells. With excellent measurement performance and high application robustness, they are a competitive system-level solution for battery modules, cell-to-pack and cell-to-car battery topologies. The devices are suitable for a variety of industrial, consumer electronics and automotive applications such as mild hybrid electric vehicle (MHEV), hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) and battery electric vehicle (BEV).
