Together with Porsche Asia Pacific, the special request experts at Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur have created an extraordinary Taycan Turbo S. A special pigment paint gives the all-electric sports car a very special look. Depending on the incidence of light and viewing angle, the color can change significantly. The front part of the vehicle is painted in “Urban Bamboo”. The front section shimmers in various greenish-gold facets. Towards the rear, the color changes to the bluish-black shade “Shifting Carbon”. This striking Chromaflair paint finish, presented here for the first time by Porsche with a color gradient, is painted by hand at great expense. The inspirational vehicle will celebrate its world premiere at the regional Taycan launch event on September 5. After the world premiere in Singapore, the one-off will be exhibited in Southeast Asia with stops in Malaysia and Thailand before being auctioned off for charity in the first quarter of 2025. The special edition is based on the extensively updated 2024 Taycan. The new versions have more power, greater range, faster acceleration and shorter and more robust charging times. The Turbo S has up to 700 kW (952 PS) peak power with Launch Control and sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.4 seconds. This makes it 0.4 seconds faster than its predecessor.
