Michael Fischer took over the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Bender on January 1, 2026. Together with Michael Breuer (CEO), he will form the company’s two-person management team in the future.
Michael Fischer has been responsible for R&D at Bender since September 1, 2024, and during this time has driven forward significant structural and organizational initiatives that provide the basis for the consistent further development of the Bender product portfolio.
The 58-year-old graduate engineer previously led international development projects and large engineering teams and, together with his teams, successfully implemented innovative software and hardware solutions. He has over 25 years of experience in software and hardware development in the automotive industry. Among other things, he has held various management positions at Continental Automotive.
