Restructuring of XPENG Motors Germany: Effective immediately, the German XPENG sales organization will be expanded to include the Austrian and Swiss market areas, forming the “Central Europe” region. This restructuring is part of a strategic realignment in Europe. To further strengthen its business strategy in the European markets and drive the next phase of scalable growth, XPENG will focus on consolidating three strategic regions: Northeastern Europe, Central Europe, and Southwestern Europe. To support this strategy, organizational adjustments and personnel appointments will be made: Markus Schrick will be promoted to Managing Director of the Central Europe region. Kai Qian will be promoted from Head of Sales to Country Manager Germany. He will support Markus Schrick in the Germany market area and will continue to report to him.
