Thomas Schnepf took up the new position of Head of Business Development at Farasis Energy Europe on June 1, 2024. With him, the company has brought an experienced management and sales expert on board. In his role, he will be responsible for customer acquisition at the European branch and will report directly to Feng Zhang, Vice President Overseas Business Unit at Farasis Energy. Thomas Schnepf has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, both nationally and internationally. During this time, he has held senior management positions for over 14 years, specializing in general management, sales and project management. Most recently, he was Managing Director for Germany and Italy at a Swiss T2 supplier and was also responsible for global sales. Previously, he held the position of Vice President Sales Europe at the MINTH Group and was Sales Director at SAM automotive GmbH, which is now part of the Fuyao Group. In these roles, he gained extensive experience in international business and in the management of sales teams.
