François Provost has been the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Renault S.A. and Chairman of Renault s.a.s., the group’s operating company, since July 31. His term of office is initially set for four years. This decision was made by the Renault Board of Directors, chaired by Jean-Dominique Senard, following the recommendation of the Governance & Remuneration Committee. In addition, François Provost has been appointed to the Board of Directors of both Renault S.A. and Renault s.a.s. He previously served as Chief Procurement, Partnerships and Public Affairs Officer. With 23 years of experience within the Renault Group, François Provost brings a wealth of expertise and leadership skills to the role.
