About Hai Van Le Jorks
Dr. Hai Van Le Jorks is a software developer and engineer with over a decade of experience building complex technical systems—both in large industrial organizations and as a founder.
She began her career in research as a Ph.D. candidate at TU Darmstadt, working on electromagnetic field simulation, before moving into electrification and battery development at ZF, Porsche, and Valmet Automotive. There, she contributed to and led work on high-voltage systems, batteries, and E/E architectures in the automotive industry.
Today, Hai Van is the CEO and founder of Osos AI GmbH, where she is building an AI-powered requirements management tool. Her work focuses on improving engineer and developer workflows by combining deep domain expertise with modern AI tooling.
