State Of Health (SOH)-Dashboard
The state of health (SOH) of a battery is an important key figure for electric vehicles, as the range can be monitored, and maintenance can be planned. The results of the work pave the way towards implementation of a dash board for continuous monitoring of the SOH progression. For the first time,
it is possible to determine the SOH directly based on stored charging station measurement data within the IT backend. The analyses are based on the charging data from two different bus models with NMC and LMP technology. The increasing internal resistance shows itself to be a promising variable. Clear trends can be calculated for both battery technologies investigated.
Der Alterungszustand einer Batterie (SOH) ist eine wichtige Kennzahl elektrisch betriebener Fahrzeuge, da die Reichweite kontinuierlich überwacht und der Betrieb gewährleistet sowie Wartungen planbar gemacht
werden können. Die Ergebnisse der Arbeit legen die Grundlage für die Implementierung eines Dashboards zur kontinuierlichen Überwachung des SOH-Verlaufes. Erstmals ist es möglich, den SOH direkt auf Basis der gespeicherten Ladesäulen-Messdaten innerhalb des IT-Backends zu ermitteln. Die Analysen basieren auf den Ladedaten von zwei verschiedenen Busmodellen mit NMC- und LMP-Technologie. Der steigende Innenwiderstand zeigt sich als vielversprechende Größe. Für beide untersuchten Batterietechnologien lassen sich deutliche Trends berechnen.
