R744 hose lines for CO₂-efficient vehicle air conditioning
Continental has developed hose systems that are suitable for operating CO₂ air-conditioning systems and the associated increased pressure and temperature requirements, thus offering a climate-friendly alternative to conventional air-conditioning line systems. These hose lines were introduced as a small series at two well-known OEMs and are currently being industrialized as a large series at a third renowned OEM with an electric platform.

Continental hat Schlauchsysteme entwickelt, welche sich für den Betrieb von CO₂Klimasystemen und den damit einhergehenden erhöhten Druck und Temperaturanforderungen eignen und bieten damit eine klimafreundliche Alternative zu herkömmlichen Klimaleitungssystemen. Diese Schlauchleitungen wurden als Kleinserie bei zwei namhaften OEMs eingeführt und werden aktuell bei einem dritten renommierten OEM mit Elektroplattform als Großserie industrialisiert.
