Our vision is a solution for urban mobility with a fun factor. ethec reaches its efficiency with its own breaking power, which is regenerated through recuperation. With our unique technology the recuperation is more efficiently what opens new roads in the world of modern mobility. ethec had the goal of developing a two-wheel electric motorcycle with two wheel hub motors and a range of 400 km. Since 75% breaking energy in motorcycles is dissipated, and therefore lost, at the front wheel, ethec uses a hub motor in the front wheel realized for the first time. This motor is used to recuperate breaking power lost and to reach a higher overall efficiency.
Unsere Vision ist eine Lösung für die urbane Mobilität mit fun factor. Die Effizienz erreicht ethec durch die eigene Bremsleistung, die durch Rekuperation zurückgewonnen wird. Mit unserer Technologie kann die Rückgewinnung effizienter gestaltet werden und neue Möglichkeiten in der Welt der modernen Fortbewegung eröffnen. ethec hatte das Ziel, ein Elektromotorrad mit zwei Radnabenmotoren zu entwickeln, welches eine Reichweite von 400 km hat. Da beim Bremsen circa 75 % der Energie am Vorderrad dissipiert wird und damit bei konventionellen Motorrädern verloren geht, wird bei ethec weltweit zum ersten Mal ein Radnabenmotor im Vorderrad eingebaut. Dieser wird verwendet, um die Bremsenergie zu rekuperieren und eine höhere Effizienz zu erzielen
