AI-Based Camera Inspection System
AI-based camera inspection system for steel profiles during the blasting process. The AI camera system is supplied by the startup Preml. Preml io is an intelligent solution for quality assurance in industrial manufacturing that uses state-of-the-art AI-powered camera technology to detect material defects at an early stage. The automatic identification of defective materials is to be implemented at the beginning of our production process during material pretreatment. This ensures that only flawless material
undergoes further processing, while defective material is rejected.

Preml io ist eine intelligente Lösung zur Qualitätssicherung in der industriellen Fertigung, die mittels moderner KI gestützter Kamera-Technologie Materialfehler frühzeitig erkennt. Die automatische Identifikation fehlerhafter Materialien soll zu Beginn unserer Produktion in der Materialvorbehandlung eingesetzt werden. Dadurch wird gewährleistet, das nur einwandfreies Material weitere Wertschöpfung erfährt und fehlerhaftes Material ausgeschleust wird.
