Almost Natural
Almost Natural transforms fallen leaves into bio-based responsive composite materials by integrating computational design with naturally adaptive biomaterials. Rather than minimizing the natural variability of biomass, the project harnesses material behaviour as a programmable design parameter. This approach enables renewable biological resources to become functional, predictable and sustainable material systems. Combining material science, digital fabrication and computational design, Almost Natural proposes a new methodology for future applications in product, textile and interior design.
Almost Natural
