– You support our sales management
– You will take over the follow-up and update offers, create orders, take care of confirmations and keep the database up to date.
– You coordinate appointments
– You make sure that our website is always up to date
– You love social media
What you bring with you:
– Fun in contact with customers
– a structured way of working
– a certain talent for organisation
– Very good written and spoken knowledge of German and English. Other languages such as Mandarin, French etc. are also welcome.
– a strong affinity for digital media
– good knowledge of Microsoft Office365 as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or a comparable CRM database, e.g. Salesforce
