Elli Charging Site Management: A novelty for charging corporate fleets

The electrification of vehicle fleets is an essential step in the mobility transition and with it the demand for innovative charging solutions for companies is growing. They face the challenge of charging their e-fleets comprehensively and reliably in order to ensure the smooth operation of their business activities. With Charging Site Management, the Volkswagen Group subsidiary Elli is bringing a completely new B2B product onto the market, which includes modern AC and DC charging hardware (including Elli Flexpole, Elli Charger and other charging hardware from selected partners) and integrated software solutions (including Elli Site & Fleet Management Console) and provides extensive functions. The software solutions focus on a simple operating concept (plug & play) and offer all the features for the operation of charging infrastructures, including load management. Users have the opportunity at any time to make important deductions for their operations via dashboards, such as usage periods or average utilization.

“We are very proud to now be able to offer companies a tailor-made charging product that relies on state-of-the-art hardware and software solutions. Charging Site Management is a modular product portfolio for fleet operators. Companies select the range of charging solutions based on their individual needs,” explains Michael Gotthelf , Vice President Elli Commercial. “Charging solutions for vehicle fleets represent a significant leap forward in sustainable mobility and we are committed to helping companies make this process seamless. In order to adapt more quickly and better to the needs of business customers, we have also founded the Elli Commercial business unit. In addition to the specially developed hardware and software, experienced project managers and planners are available to support our B2B customers. Whether it’s marketing charging infrastructure or charging through employees – our services can be configured based on customer needs.”

New to Elli’s customer portfolio is Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, which will use Flexpoles to electrify its company fleet in the future. Elli Flexpoles are mobile fast charging stations with a charging speed of up to 150 kW that can be easily and flexibly installed and, thanks to the integrated battery system, connected to the low-voltage network without the need for costly construction work. This enables Autobahn GmbH to efficiently supply its fleet of electrified vehicles with energy using state-of-the-art charging solutions.
