Avis Germany is launching its own vehicle group for battery-electric vehicles. In the new vehicle group with electric compact cars, customers can choose between the Opel Mokka-e, Opel Corsa Electric, Mercedes EQA, Mercedes EQB, BMW iX40, BMW iX1, Citroen e-C4, Peugeot 2008 E, Peugeot 208 E, VW ID.3, VW ID.4, Cupra Born, Mini Electric or Fiat 500 Elektro models. The vehicles will be available successively in 38 stations and customers should note an advance booking period of 48 hours.
“Avis has stood for safe, relaxed and carefree travel with all-round service for many years and a selection of e-cars has been part of our repertoire for some time,” emphasizes Alexander Schuricht, General Manager of Avis Budget Car Rental Germany. “Due to the growing demand for e-cars, we now also offer a dedicated vehicle group with electric vehicles. From a pool of 14 models in total, customers can fulfill their personal wish for an e-car – and at the same time still do something good for the environment.
