Shima Mohammadi will join BayWa Mobility Solutions GmbH (BMS) as Managing Director on January 1, 2024. In her new role, she will be responsible for Finance, IT, Human Resources and the operational area of Planning & Construction (large-scale project business) at BMS. Together with BMS Managing Director Christian Krüger, the dual leadership will continue to drive forward the topics of e-mobility and the expansion of charging infrastructure at BayWa.
Shima Mohammadi brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing, operations, IT, HR, agility and organizational development. Most recently, she worked as Organizational Development & People Manager at Audi Business Innovation GmbH, a subsidiary of AUDI AG. One of her main tasks in this position was to create interfaces and organizational structures that enable greater efficiency and faster decision-making. Mohammadi worked in various positions and roles in which she provided operational support for the global development of mobility products or, as Head of eCommerce, was responsible for the use of agile software and regulatory frameworks for the development of digital products. Prior to her time at Audi, the Persian-born employee worked for the Munich-based communications agency Avantgarde and was involved in the operational development and growth of the five experience elements of BMW Welt in Munich. Shima Mohammadi has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Hanover and is a certified Gallup Strength Coach.
