Porsche Engineering has announced that Nazif Mehmet Yazici has been appointed CEO of the new North American subsidiary based in the Los Angeles area. Yazici began his career at Porsche AG in 2007 as a quality engineer in the Exterior Supplier Quality department. Between 2010 and 2023, Yazici held various management positions, most recently as Head of Overall Vehicle and Analysis, where he was responsible for quality and validation. Yazici began his career at DaimlerChrysler AG in 2003. He studied mechanical engineering at the University of Duisburg-Essen, where he also completed his doctorate. The focus of Porsche Engineering Services North America, the newest subsidiary of the international technology service provider, is on vehicle and software development for market-specific functions and digital services, including their verification, validation and quality assurance. Yazici will take up his position as CEO on January 1, 2024.
