A WLTP range of up to 520 kilometers makes the MG4 Electric Trophy Extended Range currently the longest-range electric vehicle from MG Motor. The MG4 Electric Trophy owes its greater range not least to the 77 kWh battery installed for the first time on the basis of the MSP platform. It enables the vehicle to be charged from 10 to 80 percent in just 38 minutes thanks to 144-kW DC charging speed.
The Trophy Extended Range’s electric motor produces 180 kW (245 hp) and delivers 350 Nm of torque to the powertrain. This MG4 Electric variant thus completes the standard sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.5 seconds. With a governed top speed of 180 km/h, it is the fastest in the model series after the MG4 Electric XPOWER. Thanks to the Modular Scalable Platform (MSP) and proven rear-wheel drive, the new model retains the excellent comfort and dynamic handling that has made the MG4 Electric MG Motor’s most successful electric car.
