Change of Management Board at Renault Deutschland AG: Emmanuel Guiffault becomes new Chief Marketing Officer

Emmanuel Guiffault will take over responsibility for Renault Marketing at Renault Deutschland AG on September 1. The 44-year-old, experienced Renault manager succeeds Ralf Benecke, who is moving to the company’s Paris headquarters as Director Sales & Distribution Efficiency.

Emmanuel Guiffault, born in 1978 in Roanne, France, completed his engineering studies at the Ecole de Mines de Paris from 1998 to 2001. In 2001, he started his career in Warsaw at Renault Poland in the logistics department of the After-Sales Division. In 2003, he moved to the parent company in Paris. After further stops in between, he took on the duties of Sales Forecast Manager for Renault France in 2009 and Sales Supply Manager two years later. In 2016, Emmanuel Guiffault moved to Dubai as Marketing Director Renault Middle East. After returning to the Group’s headquarters in 2018, he was responsible for medium- and long-term sales planning as Volume Plan Director for Renault Group and for the Renaulution Strategic Plan as a member of the responsible task force. This was followed by his appointment as Vice President Sales Forecast & Distribution Engineering for Renault Group in 2021.

In his new position as Director Sales & Distribution Efficiency, Ralf Benecke will continue to work at many interfaces with the Group’s Rhineland branch and will continue to head the Renault Marketing Directorate of Renault Deutschland AG in parallel with his new duties until his successor Emmanuel Guiffault takes up his post in September.
