The countdown is on: Development of the first model on the new Premium Platform Electric (PPE) is in the home stretch. The Audi Q6 e-tron series marks the start of the biggest model offensive in Audi’s history. The model redefines the benchmark in terms of performance, range and charging. In addition, it is the first all-electric model to roll off the production line in Ingolstadt. At this stage, the Four Rings are giving an early glimpse of key technology areas of the vehicle in camouflaged prototypes and are unveiling a world first in lighting technology.
The first “Audi Q6 e-tron Experience” in the form of a prototype drive is now taking place as part of the preliminary communication. The four rings are thus providing insights into important technology fields of the vehicle and the work of the developers at a very early stage. The special feature of the event, which will take place over the next two weeks, is that media representatives will be able to take a seat behind the wheel of the Audi Q6 e-tron themselves and gather their first impressions. In the passenger seat, experts will accompany the drive and provide support with their expertise. The “Audi Q6 e-tron Experience” will focus in particular on experiencing the Audi DNA and the premiere of a world first in lighting technology.
