The family-run Sattlerhof is located in the middle of the picturesque landscape of southern Styria with its endless vineyards. In addition to the gourmet hotel, the farm also includes a winery as well as the 3-toque restaurant and inn. The first guests recently moved into the newly renovated rooms in the country house. It was important to the host siblings Anna and Markus Sattler to design the rooms in a modern style while retaining the country house flair. With great attention to detail, all nine rooms in the Landhaus have been renovated and equipped with air conditioning. Sand and apricot tones define the cozy ambience, linen is one of the preferred natural materials, and oak wood was used by the carpenter for the floors and all wall coverings. A wine fridge with two different temperature zones is available in the room, naturally stocked with fine wines from the family winery. Thanks to the wonderfully elevated location on the Sernauberg, you are rewarded with a magnificent view of the vineyards. Here, the Sattler winegrowing family focuses on biodynamic viticulture with selective hand-picking. For the two sons, Alexander and Andreas, sensitivity, circular economy and entirely in-house production are the cornerstones for developing wines with a strong character and a high degree of independence. Consistency in quality and the tireless pursuit of improvement characterize their craft.
