Marc Hedrich took over the position of President and CEO at Kia Europe on January 1, 2024. He succeeds Won Jeong Jeong, who has held this position for four years. Over the past nine years, Hedrich has held various leadership roles at Kia, most recently as President of Kia France.
Marc Hedrich is a graduate of the European Business School and started his career in the 1990s at Ford in France. He was then Marketing Director of Skoda France and subsequently held the same position at Seat France and, from 2003, at Toyota France. With his expertise gained at leading automotive importers, Hedrich held strategic positions at both Toyota France and Toyota Europe for almost twelve years. In 2015, he was appointed Managing Director of Kia France, and in January 2021, he took over the position of President of Kia France. During his time at Kia, he has helped drive all strategic and operational business areas – from sales, marketing and product to customer service and retail.
