Andreas Haller. Quantron AG
In the management structure at Quantron AG, Andreas Haller took over the role of CEO from Michael Perschke on January 1, 2024. Michael Perschke, who together with the two founders of Quantron AG, Mr. Andreas Haller and Mr. Herbert Robel, has continued to build Quantron AG over the past two and a half years, resigned from his position on the Board of Directors of Quantron AG as of December 31, 2023 and handed over the role of CEO to Andreas Haller. He will remain associated with Quantron AG as a shareholder.
Michael Perschke will assume the role of Managing Director at ROQIT – an IT and Mobility-as-a-Service company and joint venture between QUANTRON and Goldstone Technologies from India – and will help shape the development of the digital platform for sustainable transportation with hydrogen and fuel cell technology. The digital platform provides the software-based foundation for the innovative Quantron-as-a-Service business model, which offers customers climate-friendly transportation in a risk-free pay-per-use model.
