MunichExpo further expands international sales team: Eight partners in seven countries
Munich, May 2018 – The German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Turkey) is taking over the sales activities of the eMove360 ° trade fair for Mobility 4.0 – electric – connected – autonomous (16-18 October 2018, Messe München) for the Turkish market. In April 2018 the cooperation was sealed by official contract signing.
MunichExpo Veranstaltungs GmbH, host of the eMove360° trade fair, is thus expanding its international presence and is now able to call on a network of eight sales partners active in seven countries in Europe, Asia and the US. “The big question as to how we will move in the future is central to all of our platforms under the eMove360° umbrella brand – and it is creating interesting projects and exciting products around the world. It is our goal to reflect this with our trade fair. That is why we attach great importance to further increasing the share of international exhibitors and therefore also international visitors” said Robert Metzger, Managing Director of MunichExpo and organizer of eMove360° Europe 2018. “Through its many years of experience and the expertise in the German Turkish economic exchange the AHK Turkey proves as a very trustful organization. We are very pleased that we have found such a competent partner for the important Turkish market.” Last year, the share of international exhibitors was around 40 percent from 25 countries, and about every third visitor came from outside of Germany (65 countries).
The activities of the foreign presence in Istanbul aims to increase the share of Turkish exhibitors. The eMove360° is considered the world’s largest trade fair for mobility 4.0 – electric – connected – autonomous. With eMove360° MunichExpo has created a central brand for Mobility 4.0: trade fair, conferences, awards, magazine and news portal – eMove360° stands for a comprehensive event and information platform in the area of New Mobility.
